Flooring : I.P.S flooring at Four wheeler Space.  Marble Finished stair and passages.     All internal floor of flats finish with Vitrified tiles/white marble.  Kitchen and toilets floor will be finished by white marble.
Windows : Toilets & W.C M.S of Aluminium louver windows. And other Aluminium sliding windows.
Doors : Doors frame will be sal variety, Shutter will be solid core or Laminated type.  P.V.C frame with shutter at Toilets & W.C.
Kitchen : Granite top for kitchen table & One Steel sink for every kitchen.  3'-0" height glazed tiles above cooking platform.
Electrical Work : All copper concealed wiring up to points.
Common Light : Stair/Passage/Street lighting inside the Complex.
Roof : IPS over grade concrete for roof treatment on R.C.C. roof.
Toilet : White coloured sanitary ware with E.W.C including P.V.C flushing cisterns in both toilets. One wash basin for each unit.  Glazed wall tiles up to 6'-0" height for toilets and up to 5'-0" height in W.C.  Concealed geyser line with wall mixture(3 in 1) will be provided main toilet only.
